THIS HONORABLE (ISACJJ) INTERNATIONAL SUPREME APPELLATE COURT OF JUDAIC JUSTICES JURISDICTION OF CODE AND VENUE IS UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS ARTICLES, THE UNITED STATES BILL OF RIGHTS AMENDMENTS, THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS IN ACT AND ARTICLES INCLUDING EXECUTIVE BRANCHES.

 

UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS ARTICLES 

The core freedoms and rights in the United Nations system are outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), proclaimed on December 10, 1948. It features 30 key articles covering personal liberty, equality, and spiritual, political, and economic rights.

                     Personal and Legal Freedoms

  • Article 1: Born free and equal in dignity and rights.
  • Article 3: Right to life, liberty, and security of person.
  • Article 4: Freedom from slavery and servitude.
  • Article 5: Freedom from torture and cruel treatment.
  • Article 9: Freedom from arbitrary arrest or detention. 

                     Public and Civil Liberties

  • Article 13: Freedom of movement and residence.
  • Article 18: Freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.
  • Article 19: Freedom of opinion and expression.
  • Article 20: Freedom of peaceful assembly and association. 

                   Social and Economic Rights

  • Article 23: Right to work and fair pay.
  • Article 24: Right to rest and leisure.
  • Article 25: Right to an adequate standard of living (food, housing, medical care).
  • Article 26: Right to education

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AMENDMENTS, ARTICLES AND THE US BILL OF RIGHTS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS TO NEVER BE ERRORED, GUARANTEED TO BE PROTECTED AND ENFORCED BY THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS.

Freedom and rights are core personal protections that stop the government from taking away basic human liberties like speech, religion, and fair treatment under the law. In the United States, these core protections are listed in the Bill of Rights, which was ratified on December 15, 1791. 

              Core Freedoms (First Amendment)

  • Religion: Pick any faith or none at all.
  • Speech: Share thoughts and ideas openly.
  • Press: Report news without government censorship.
  • Assembly: Gather in groups or protest peacefully.
  • Petition: Ask the government to fix problems. 

PETITIONING THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT

               Legal and Personal Protections

  • Bear arms: Keep weapons (Second Amendment).
  • Privacy: Safe from unfair police searches (Fourth Amendment).
  • Fair trials: Right to a lawyer and a speedy jury trial (Sixth Amendment).
  • Fair treatment: Protection from cruel punishments or double trials (Fifth and Eighth Amendments)

  • Under the U.S. Constitution, the government generally cannot take private property for public use without providing "just compensation", a power known as eminent domain. However, exceptions and legal processes exist where property or its value can be affected or acquired under specific rules. 

    Eminent Domain and Just Compensation

  • The Law: The Fifth Amendment states that private property shall not be taken for public use without fair payment.
  • Public Use: The government can acquire land for things like roads, schools, utilities, or parks.
  • Payment: Owners are supposed to receive the fair market value for their property.

                  PEACE TREATY TEMPLATE FOR ALL TO USE COPY AND PASTE BELOW

This Peace Treaty (“Treaty”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between the following parties:

  1. [Party A Name], a [entity type] with a principal place of business at [address] (“Party A”).
  2. [Party B Name], a [entity type] with a principal place of business at [address] (“Party B”).
  3. [Party C Name], a [entity type] with a principal place of business at [address] (“Party C”).
  4. [Additional Parties as necessary].

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, the Parties seek peaceful resolution of disputes relating to the repossession of withheld property and the protection of all affiliates involved;

WHEREAS, the Parties affirm the principles of the Law of Liberty, the United States Constitution, and the United Nations human rights articles, including the right to property and protection from unlawful deprivation;

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to establish a durable framework for peace, cooperation, and mutual respect;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties agree as follows:

ARTICLE I — DEFINITIONS

  1. “Property” — All tangible and intangible assets, including real estate, personal property, financial property including cash assets assigned, intellectual property, and any rights or interests subject to repossession under this Treaty.
  2. “Affiliates” — Any individuals, corporations, partnerships, agencies, or entities directly or indirectly associated with any Party.
  3. “Withheld Property” — Any property unjustly retained, mismanaged, or withheld from its lawful owner.

ARTICLE II — REPOSSESSION OF WITHHELD PROPERTY

  1. Right to Repossession  
  2. Each Party retains the right to repossess property lawfully belonging to them. Repossession shall comply with applicable U.S. law, the Law of Liberty, and relevant UN human rights provisions.
  3. Notification Requirements  
  4. Before repossession, the claiming Party shall issue written notice including:
  • Description of the property;
  • Legal basis for ownership;
  • Request for return within [number] days.
  1. Dispute Resolution  
  2. If disputes arise, Parties shall engage in good‑faith negotiation. Failing resolution, Parties may proceed to mediation or arbitration under [designated mediation/arbitration body].

ARTICLE III — PROTECTION OF AFFILIATES

  1. Affiliates’ Rights  
  2. Affiliates shall receive equal protection under this Treaty, including rights to repossession and dispute resolution.
  3. Non‑Retaliation  
  4. No Party shall retaliate against affiliates for exercising rights under this Treaty. Intimidation, coercion, or harassment is prohibited.
  5. Support Measures  
  6. Parties shall provide reasonable assistance to affiliates, including legal support and documentation necessary to assert their rights.

ARTICLE IV — JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

  1. Jurisdiction  
  2. This Treaty shall be governed by U.S. law, including the Law of Liberty. Legal proceedings shall occur in the courts of [designated jurisdiction].
  3. International Obligations  
  4. Parties reaffirm obligations under UN human rights articles, including protections against unlawful deprivation of property and the right to fair remedy.

ARTICLE V — MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

  1. Amendments  
  2. This Treaty may be amended only through written agreement signed by all Parties.
  3. Severability  a legal principle ensuring the remaining parts stay in effect It relies on independent terms in the nature of the contract to be enforced.
  4. If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
  5. Entire Agreement  
  6. This Treaty constitutes the full and complete agreement between the Parties regarding its subject matter.
  7. Counterparts  
  8. This Treaty may be executed in multiple counterparts, each deemed an original.
  9. Notices  
  10. All notices shall be in writing and delivered personally, by certified mail, or by electronic mail to the addresses listed above.

ARTICLE VI — SIGNATURES

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Peace Treaty as of the date first written above.
